曼大的HR專業(yè)分別開設(shè)在商學(xué)院和環(huán)發(fā)學(xué)院下面。

商學(xué)院里與HRM相關(guān)的專業(yè)有兩個(gè),分別是:

  2. Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations

申請(qǐng)要求  

  • 無本科專業(yè)背景限制  
  • 平均分82以上
  • 雅思總分7.0,口語,寫作單項(xiàng)不低于6.5,其它單項(xiàng)不低于6

專業(yè)特色  

這兩個(gè)專業(yè)都得到了CIPD(英國特許人事發(fā)展協(xié)會(huì))的認(rèn)證,畢業(yè)之后,可以向CIPD申請(qǐng)成為專業(yè)會(huì)員。

International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations更關(guān)注全球范圍的HRM,而Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations則更關(guān)注單個(gè)國家內(nèi)的HRM。

  • 依然沒有專業(yè)背景要求
  • 平均分80以上,有相關(guān)專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的話,75分以上也可以
