大部分申請費不能退（non refundable），因為學校審核材料已經(jīng)付出精力成本了。但如果學生收到offer并決定入學的話，申請費往往能從學費里扣掉。

一般是申幾個專業(yè)就交幾份申請費，但部分大學也可以申兩個專業(yè)，只交一份申請費。
